okay, it is still ncis new orleans, but why bring the others in when they don't do anything? i don't think new orleans is in need of the original cast. they have a good team too. great people with great charisma.

hope wednesday (for me) is coming soon.

Completely agreed. Hopefully Gibbs is used better & they stop bringing in the original cast members soon. Let the show stand on its own for a while

Like the other shows in the franchise I loved the team interactions this week. I think Brody is finally understanding how Pryde and LaSalle work and how the team is a family.

I understand Vance appearing once in a while, he's all NCIS agents' boss after all, but I hope they'll eventually have this series without the original NCIS stars guest appearances.

Hi, all.

Maybe it's because I love Scott Bakula, but I'm really enjoying the show... except for the whole drive-by cross over thing. As I mentioned in another thread, I don't mind them if they are done right. Tony's was not. I haven't watched Tuesday night's show yet. I'll do it today when I get home from work, but I expect I enjoy it too.

Oddly I like to read these thread before I watch it myself to see if I agree or disagree with the commentary. Am I wierd? Don't answer that.

liked this episode, especially the interaction between the team. looks they they are going to do a lot of private things together too.

at least gibbs did something important for the case, but they could have taken anyone else. hope this was the last visit from the original cast.

when the bad guy had brody i thought lasalle would save her. didn't expect pryde to shoot, although i liked it when he did.

Well, personally, I hope it is not the last visit from the original cast. I do, however, hope they wait a bit before doing it again and then do it right. Even make them a full part of the story line or don't do it at all.

That having been said, this was nothing but the producer's efforts ... probably Harmon himself ... at giving the spin-off an extra shot in the arm.

if they are established it is okay to do some cross overs again or some guest visits.

i just hope they stop it for now, because i think new orleans has what it takes to make it on their own.

Totally agree with you I think poorly done crossovers are a distraction rather than a help.

It was I believe to help the Series get a good start. But I would like in a later episode or 2 to so it like CSI did with it's kids, (Miami, and NY) and have it part of a case in both towns. I am working on my thoughts of this episode for discussion.

First of all I know the girls were astounded and maybe even wanted to help. But when 3 convicts breakout of the bus and head your way, get in your car and call 911 as you drive off fast!! Also guess they didn't want hostages, the girls were left behind, and weren't killed.
I to thought that Ted Nash was prisoner and that Levon Dalton and Dimitry Babakov were the baddies. I didn't see it until later that he was part of it. But we found that Dalton was on his own, and Nash wanted to silence Babakov.

Liked Lt, Adele Addie Watkins. Maybe she will be back?

Also at least the kid Remy wasn't hurt.

It's on like Donkey Kong!",said LaSalle. It was a nice fight between Chris and Ted Nash. You can't beat everyone. Then after he grabs Brody, Pride shoots him between the eyes, Nice job!
Vance wasn't happy King shot Nash. And both CIA/SecNav will investigate.

When Levon Dalton was allowed to go visit his sickly mother, I had tears.

Nice Pride calling Linda to try to work it out and about the pillbox home.
