A potential new couple I did not see coming LOL. And interesting look at Parker's life, and it does seem like it scared him straight. And interesting he stayed life long friends with his pal. Despite his career.
Jimmy has grown. Not long along he might not been able to handle the diner scene. __________________

Meeting Young!Parker already? Interesting
 . Nice that already they are showing that & exploring his past. Not expected but I do like how different he is from other characters & how they showed how his childhood shaped him into who he is now. Nice he still was friends with the guy despite them being on different sides of the law. Glad it turned out his friend wasn't responsible Palmer did well in the dinner scene. Agreed about how he's grown I hope they aren't doing a Palmer/Knight thing there __________________

I am not sure if Knight and Palmer will lead into anything. After all, Jessica is not a kid person. Although Victoria is older. But might need time to see if it leads into anything, but it is interesting.
Yeah, obviously juvie straightened up Parker, and it made him learn from it. Interesting that he was life long friends with Billy. Despite their different paths. __________________

This was also a good episode, and I'm kind of rooting for Jessica & Palmer... Or at least I could see something developing, but with NCIS' track record it's probably going to be nothing in the end...
 This was the Parker background episode, if I'm not mistaken... Quite a different background compared to anyone else's... __________________
