it was a good ep - but not for tony though.
- never thought i would hear vance say (about tony): this is one of our best. - don't know why tony didn't talk to vance that same evening or at least to gibbs about what happened. - liked gibbs and mcgee as the faked senator. - was wondering why someone who blackmailes another person doesn't know how that one looks, but in the end it was clear. - bishop (about the homeless guy searching the garbage): he doesn't look like tony. mcgee: give him a few years. - abby (about one of the phony tonys); "he looks cute". then to the real tony: "not as cute as you of course - not even close." - kate and ziva (the fish) are still alive and ziva even "gained some weight". - abby: you are very special agent anthony freaking dinozzo and you are a catch. - mcgee (to tony): you are one of my best friends. - nice of bishop to "honor" mcgee's father like that. don't know if i had noticed or felt like that when i wouldn't have known that tony is leaving at the end of the season, but it all seems like the reason why he is going to leave will be to change his life, finding the love of his life (again), starting a family. the phony tonys told him that his life is no life that there is no change in it, abby told him that he might be afraid of who he is gonna find, tony is thinking about his life and what it is all about. |

 . Not knowing may have changed how we saw things though. I've been looking at things from the start of the season since I knew before it started here & they wouldn't have known back then where it was heading or what would happen. but by this point they most likely are setting things up & dropping hints   glad we see the fish again __________________

Tony is realizing that he's in a rut. Although he still obviously enjoys his job, and the people he works with, which is worth a lot. They seem to be trying to push a McGee/Bishop friendship, similar to what Tony had with Ziva & Kate and I'm just not buying into it. I enjoyed the episode, but thought they could have done a whole lot more with this premise. __________________

I liked the ep. I was not expecting them to connect it with Tony's date from a few episodes ago, so that was a little bit of a surprise, until I figured out who it was, which was early on. Liked Abby and McGee giving Tony pep talks  And Tony getting arrested for impersonating himself... That was quick that they caught Leah/ Elizabeth. Didn't figure she had a partner until they figured it out. Liked the scene with Tony eating dinner with the Phony Tony's. It was nice of bishop to choose McGee's dad as her choice for the ship name. I wonder why McGee didn't think of that though... Yup, this is definitely the set up for Tony leaving  So sad.__________________

hmm strange that Tony kept the money to himself as that's suspicious that someone would give him that. It makes him look bad for keeping it to himself
poor Gibbs getting the call that Tony was dead. You can see he cares by the way he rushes in to check that Tony's alright/in the squad room I find it fun that Abby can figure out what cars hit another car from paint colours Liked the undercover work to catch the Phony Tony's aww nice scenes between Tony & Abby in his apartment & her lab. Cute moment where she talks to his fish Love that we got Tony/Abby scenes & Tony/McGee scenes. Aww Tim calling Tony his best friend  funny meal between Tony & the Phony Tonys Agreed about what was said about Bishop naming the ship. Nice that she used McGee's dad __________________
