I have to agree. I posted something like this in the ep discussion thread I think. Vance has really come along for me and I like his dynamic with Gibbs and his relationship with him. I think they're getting along better and that makes me like him that much better too. Definitely liking Vance right now, I just hope it stays that way.

I think they're getting along too well and am afraid that something's gonna happen to put them at odds again. I hope not, but feel like the writers will do something to create conflict between the two.

Awww, nooo. Don't say that. I want to think that things are gonna stay well between them. It would really, really suck if they were betrayed by another director like they were with Jenny. I don't want it to happen, but now that you mention it, it does make me wonder why they get along so well. Oh man.

Oh yeah, we're doing really great and the entire cast just gels perfectly. I guess I'm kinda waiting for the shoe to drop or something. But I sincerely hope it lasts and that the writers do know what they're doing.

I don't think Eli will be the problem. I think it'll have something to do with the paper that Leon shredded at the end of S6. We still don't know what it was. Maybe it's something really bad and when Gibbs finds out he'll lose all trust and respect for Vance.

In the final ep of last season, right after he puts his photos and other stuff on his new desk, he takes a document out of a file and shreds it.

Oohh I think I know what you mean. Oh man, that's interesting. I hope they bring it back as well and explain what it was. Hopefully it's nothing incriminating but given that he shredded it there's def a possibility that it is.
