Yeah I get what you mean. I think the best storylines they've done on that show have involved Randall and Beth or Jack and Rebecca. They show really flounders in finding good individual storylines for Kate and Kevin.

It was one of the most successful new shows last year so I'm sure it's on her radar if she hasn't been able to watch it yet.

Cassidy was actually a main on a show called Longmire for several years, it just ended IIRC so that was probably her latest "big" project. Allison was focusing more on theater and such last time I saw anything relating to her so I'm guessing that might be still the case.
