I guess Daniel was busy with The Originals when this ep was being filmed
 .And yeah you start to lose hope when it seems like people just die all the time and they barely get any wins which is kind of ironic given the title of the show  .__________________

Yeah seems like it. The additional episodes for SH must be exhausting for him if he has to juggle both shows at the same time.
And at least the cop realized Alex really needs the rest so he let her go for the day. |
