Very true. Even if CBS isn't airing the Olympics, they don't want to have to compete with them.

Thanks for the schedule info. I was afraid there might be no episode on Feb 13th with the V-Day episode airing on the 6th, but it's disappointing we get two episodes followed by two weeks with no new ep again. Three weeks between episodes is not funny.

Does anyone know if there were any documentaries/interviews done for the 150th episode, like there were for the 100th? Obviously it's not quite as significant, but I hope we get something.

Yeah, when it's the Olympics it very much interferes with other networks. I'm surprised we're getting two eps in February actually since The Mentalist doesn't return until the 2nd week of March, but I suppose weekends would be more Olympic oriented TV wise.

My guess is if there were any interviews done on set that week about the episode, they might mention it being 150 just as a point of interest, but I don't think they'll do anything big and special for it.

Seeing as 150 has already taped (yes?) and the cast and writers weren't tweeting "EPISODE 150 WHOO WHOO!" during that week, my guess is their next big celebration will be 200.

I know HIMYM had a big deal for the 150th, but while they haven't been a 'bubble show' for several years now it's only recently it really got popular, so they probably weren't sure if they'd get to 200 or not - plus they'd only planned to go 8 seasons and the 200th episode rolls around in season nine. Whereas TBBT, we knew at the time of their 100th episode we're almost certain to get a 200, so 150 isn't as big of a deal.

They typically go with taping order for episode numbers as far as I know.
