It might've been some sort of insult/put down, but she said "inappropriate drunk Sheldon comment" - that could easily mean it was something with flirtatious/sexual overtones (perhaps with Sheldon unaware of how it sounded - accidental innuendo). Especially if it followed from "Ain't she great!" Gosh, I'm going to be imagining all sorts, now.

I liked that she has a feeling this won't be the last booty swatting. I definitely share that feeling - you can't just have something twice; it's either a one-off or a repeat event (which to me means at least three occurrences.)
