I'm interested to see what they're going to do with Bernadette not being entirely enthusiastic about her pregnancy/having kids. Like I said before, I'm betting on November sweeps for the baby being born. We found out in Feb, let's say she probably got pregnant in Jan - so long as they don't have a Halloween episode, it could be October in the show's time in November. Or the baby could be overdue. But if they wait until December, they usually have references to Christmas and now there's Amy's birthday and Shamy's coitusiversary to fix the date, so it wouldn't work.

And by the way, Steve, your show has an international audience with those dates on their calendars, not just Americans!

Thanks for the links, it'll be interesting to see Bernadette deal with her pregnancy and her professional career. But to be honest, I found interesting to have a married woman standing for not having a baby on a tvshow, I'm a little disappointed they drop out this line

I sometimes wonder whether or not they decided to go the pregnancy route because they were running out of ideas for the Howard/Bernadette relationship, which had (IMHO) been stagnating quite a bit for a couple of seasons...

Maybe. But then again, that couple isn't one that usually gets people super impatient for new developments, and real life couples often hit a homeostasis like that.

But this is still a brave choice - to have a female character who is actually pregnant but still with doubts about having kids. Can't say I've seen that on TV before.

And yeah, I can't say I've seen too many female characters remain hesitant about having kids even after they already become pregnant It's usually extreme excitement.

Does anyone else think that picture labeled 'Leonard laughs with his father' - Wedding Bells Ring Twice For Penny And Leonard On The Big Bang Theory - Page 8 - The Big Bang Theory Photos - CBS.com - looks more like Johnny laughs with Judd Hirsch? I'm sure it must be, because there's someone in the background who doesn't look like any of the characters.
