I'd like to see a more serious, grown-up bestie moment. I don't think we've seen that between the two of them yet. I think their relationship is quite different from how it used to be, as Amy in particular has changed so much since S4 & 5, so there's a lot to possibly explore there.

I'd like to see Amy have some past career struggle, maybe not getting a job she wanted right out of university, etc, and helping to keep Penny's chin up.

My favorite bestie scenes are from The Pulled Groin Extrapolation. I like the scenes where Penny is helping Amy get ready for the wedding. But my favorite is when Amy returns and marches over to Penny's to tell her she "...accidentally made Leonard fall in love with me." That whole scene is just a comedic treasure - especially Amy's final line "...I’ll send him an e-mail letting him know this body is never gonna be his wonderland. I mean, frankly, you’ve got a better shot than he does." __________________
