I love that he did go to her and being seventh choice is actually a really good thing. We should list all their moments so far. I think you've just mentioned all the main ones, there have been that few!
There's also her dealing with him in Einstein Approximation and telling off him and Leonard in Leftover Thermalization (which I'm guessing might be the scolding you were thinking of).

Anyone think of anything else significant?

There was also another failed telling off in Locomotive Manipulation.
"Great. Now there's two of them." Although, Sheldon did admit she was right. Even if she is tiny, I believe Bernadette has a special power over Sheldon.

I think the crowning moment of this pair, or at least my favorite moment, was when Bernie ordered Sheldon to brush his teeth and go to bed after he had been up for days working. She was just a little dynamo!
