I love Almond milk. It's the only thing we drink now too.

I drink almond milk too. I'm lactose intolerant
 It doesn't taste quite like cow's milk but I think it's close. The closest to any others I've tried. I can't tell a difference in taste when I cook with it or have it in cereal. I use the unsweetened kind for that. For drinking I'll occasionally have the sweetened. And for an indulgence I'll have the sweetened and vanilla flavored. That's almost like a milkshake flavor. I just hate how expensive it can be. A half gallon of almond milk costs almost twice as much as a gallon of milk  |

Lots of almond milk drinkers here, I drink it too! Though i have not been officially diagnosed as lactose intolerant, cows milk doesnt sit too well on my stomach. Keeping in mind that everyone has different tastes, really dislike the taste of almond milk alone, i only eat it with cereal. I buy the unsweetened vanilla, i tried the sweetened varieties but they're just too sweet for my taste. I was hesitant to cook with it, but then found that it doesnt really effect the taste of the finished product(depending on what your cooking and how much milk it calls for, of course).

I only have it in coffee....cereal occasionally! I just think it tastes better than cow milk!
