Well it came out in 2019 but he filmed it in 2018. But yeah it's been awhile.

Was 21 bridges his last movie? That came out right before COVID started, I think.

It was the last movie I saw in theaters still, I haven't been back. But, yeah, it was November 2019.

The last work related public appearance he made was in early 2020 for Shadowplay and then right after that the craziness with Covid went down.

We went to see a movie in January. That was my first since 21 Bridges. That is still crazy to me. The world just went quiet.

In some ways it doesn’t seem possible that it’s been that long but the rona really did shut things down for a very long time. We saw the new James Bond movie a few months ago and that was the first time we had been in a theatre in 2 years. I plan on taking the girls to the movies this summer because I’m honestly just over all of it and desperately need something that resembles normal. Pre rona, I would go see a movie at least once or twice a month so it’s been a very long dry spell for me.

I feel like we might be able to blame Covid indirectly on his move to Montana. Something about that year locked down in Austin broke him. :lol:

Quite possibly. In MT, he can get outside and not be near anyone.

I wonder if when it's warmer he'll be noticed more in MT.

I hope so but didn’t he already have a fan encounter right after he moved there? Also, summertime brings tourists to Yellowstone so higher probability of him being noticed around town or in the park.

Yeah, I think we had one right after 'Terminal List' wrapped and that was it.

I think he’s good at hiding in plain sight.

People still might not know he's there, or just don't know who he is.

I did have one of Taylor's new neighbors in Montana DM me to try to set him up with some girl. I did not respond. :lol:

I get DMs all the time with people reaching out to Taylor. This person was maybe in her 50s/60s, I don't want to generalize but I often find that people who haven't grown up on social media just sometimes don't get it. :lol:

It's mostly just people who think I'm him and professing their admiration. I often have to get out the google translator because it's not english. Occasionally I'll get some interesting DMs or some that have useful info but most are just people mistaking me for Taylor.

I can't imagine he even opens a quarter of them. I'm sure they're an absolute mess.

I’m sure they range from bizarre to racy. It would completely annoy me to have my DM’s full of messages from strangers wanting something from me. I can understand what drives him to be so un-Hollywood.
