That used to be me with Kirsten Dunst until I saw her in Bachelorette. I'm indifferent to Jennifer Love Hewitt.
Connie is doing those Q&A's with Chelsea the last few days. They were in Dallas last night and Austin tonight.  |

So in the season finale of God Friended Me, the lead character's reverend dad decides to step down from his church. They name Gaius's character (the Rev. Carver) as his replacement. But Gauis wasn't in the episode (he hasn't been on in weeks), and with there being no reason now for the show to continue to have the church as a setting next season (the lead character would always visit his dad), it's not clear if Gaius will be back. I was hoping he'd at least get a recurring spot.  Still annoyed at my FNL mixup. lol Grr. |

Connie is always doing something, filming something, volunteering, advocating for something. She is kind of life goals for sure.
Did you like God Friended Me? I started making my friend who is with me this weekend watch Killing Eve with me. But I do really want to start The Good Place soon. I just remember Pete being in the season 2 finale because people always complain about what a weird finale it is...because it wasn't supposed to be a finale. |

I do like God Friended Me. It's one of those shows I can watch while surfing the net or doing laundry. It's kind of bland, but I like the cast and its sentimentality. It's not for everyone, though.
I think you'll like The Good Place. I'm still a season behind, though, so I can't comment on its current quality. I was talking to a friend (and fellow FNL fan) who watches Minka's show on the DC streaming service. I asked what he thought of her on it, and the first thing he mentioned was that seeing her as a blond was really weird. Haha. He does like the show, though. I got the impression she isn't in it a whole lot. Btw, my friend also mentioned a DC show called Doom Patrol, and Matt Bomer is on it.* *Oh duh. I mentioned that already in the Normal Heart thread. I haven't watched Minka's show yet. I like Minka but I honestly can't say that i've seen her in anything other than that Hallmark movie with Chad Michael Murray. Aside from that, she's just Lyla to me, forever and always.

Oh yeah! I forgot about Parenthood. I have seen her in that, a smaller role for sure, but I did see that.
I maybe have seen that movie with Leighton Meester too. But I can't remember the name of it now. |
