If anyone is up for a rewatch of this this weekend I'd be up for it. I know it's so sad but it came out this time of year and I always get in the mood to watch it when fall rolls around.
This looks really good. I know that they've been taking it to the festivals. It's finally getting a release on November 12th. The actress in this is Leo's girlfriend. I don't know if she's ever done anything else but she looks great in this role. |

I was hoping there would some type of Red Carpet Event in NYC for Mickey and the Bear but I haven't been able to find anything.

Maybe because it did the festival rounds and it's official US premiere was in March at SXSW, but also they had a New York premiere/event for it in July, they did a screening and Q&A in Brooklyn.

That's funny that it is today. I had the urge to post something OTB related on IG today and went and googled the release date and it said October 13th. So I thought I'd missed the anniversary...was it pushed back a week? I think it might have been. Google didn't get the message, they have its release as Oct. 13th.

It's on Netflix Canada. I wish it was here in the US as well. I know it was running on Starz for awhile, it may still be.

I'm not really sure how I feel about Top Gun yet. The original was so "original" for that time period (1980s) that it was very special. I'm not convinced yet it will translate - but I'm choosing to remain optimistic.
I think I've said this on here before - I'm not a fan of Miles. Jennifer I do like (I think she's incredibly pretty) and I like Jon Hamm too. |
