I didn't my ticket til the day they went on sale to the public.

I would never be able to do that, I worry too much, and with o2, all of the best seats are in the presale. They put over half of the arena on o2 priority.

Made worse by the fact that they make the fan club/mailing list presale virtually pointless by putting the exact same seats on o2 priority as well as all the others they already have on there. Most of the people from the mailing list presale struggled to get through and missed out.

I went for mailing list, and when I didn't get through after half an hour, went onto o2 priority late and got through to buy pretty much straight away. At least I know which one to start with next time

i'm glad you got seats anyway. besides, Taylor at the O2 no matter where you're sitting must be AMAZING!!

We're still on the floor, and the seats are awesome in their own way, just not as close to the front as we had before. I literally just accepted the first ones offered after all the hassle it took to get to the buying part, anything was better than not getting in at all, tbh.
