that's good. sadly, my appointment got cancelled. but i have figured out that i have a hormone imbalance, as i have pimples on my chin all the time.

i had fish oil last night, which helped. but i can't have it from tuesday, due to my procedure in just over two weeks. it's on the do not take list.
