Well I do feel a bit better now that The CW included "critics favorite" Privileged on their mid-season press release.

We were up against a series finale, so that could have something to do with it...but this really is not good news.

It would be interesting to know.
I would hope that seeing as the initial ratings were so low that people just dvr it to watch later
