This is one of the few movies made these days where I thought that the family was really authentic and it was so sad how they were put in such a hopeless situation where people didn't even know what to say to Alice.

It's not even like we see a lot of support groups for early on set Alzheimer's in movies where one day Alice is the smart, accomplished professor and everything is taken away from her in such a sad and cruel manner.

And I liked seeing it from Alice's point of view, because we often see and hear about the famiilies and care givers but not enough about the person with the illness.
