Yeah maybe so. I don't know I could jsut see it actually working despite the fact that Sue lost her husband. Had Harry not died then I wouldn't have given it a second thought.

I kinda liked that Charlie got a love interest at the end. I felt so bad from the start of the books because Bella points out the first time she walks into the house, thinking Charlie isn't over her mom

I was happy to see him move on and even with someone who knows what's going on.

Yeah that was the good part, the fact that Charlie found someone who he didn't have to keep secrets from. Sue knew everything including the time period of when Bella was pregnant and even though Sue didn't feel that comfortable around the Cullens at least she was there for Charlie and could help him through the things he didn't understand.

No most definately not. And if he had dated anyone other than Sue he would have to be keeping secrets so that wouldn't be good for a relationship.

It would have meant the end before the beginning even happened. Charlie may know Jacob's a wolf and Sue does too but she knows exactly what Bella is and he never actually heard the words "vampire." Imagine knowing the man you're with's daughter was dying because of an unnatural pregnancy and not being able to tell him?
