I think it will be somewhere in the middle, but I think that they will become good friends at the beginning, and I think Ben and Amy will start having problems right from early on in the season. He'll feel like a third wheel when he's with them...

I could not agree more, both with time time frame, the reason for said time frame and the "Ben walking in on a R/A moment". Totally agree!

I couldn't agree more with you. I'm thinking the same thing. Knowing the writers, they're going to drag it out for as long as they can because they have so much they need to work though in order to get to where they should or want to be. I can see them becoming closer than ever as they bond over John together. And let's face it, at some point their relationship is going to become stronger and closer since they have a son together. It was one thing to just know you were going to have a baby together but to see him in the flesh is something else. They're going to need to work together for the sake of John's welfare.

I think it's inevitable that Ricky/Amy get together. How long they stay together is up to the writers, but I think it's fair to say their bond mixed with their unresolved issues together, they'll at least get a shot. No doubt.

Wow I'm gone for about 9 hrs. and you guys are on page 4!

Love the arts and icons.

As for the question I definately see things happening between them mid to the end season as well. This second half of season 1 we got to see them actually be civil around each other. By the 4th to last episode, it was the first time we got to see Ricky and Amy be civil around their friends instead of hiding it, we got to see the strong bond that happened at BC, and then we really got to see the feelings (though unspoken) when John was born.

These two are going to co-parent for a while and then as they do that we'll start to see little things (more smiles, possibly more hugs) and such.

But with Ben it's sure gonna be a battle (I hate that it is- Amy and John are not a prize to be won) but it's totally obvious because of Ben's truce just for the sake of that one day and because he said he wouldn't let Ricky get in his way again.

Once Ben is out of the way though I think things will be way better for these two.

Hope to have some stuff up later today. Really want you all to see my latest vid if I can get it uploaded. Yesterday it really wasn't working so I'll try again. Then if I can I'll either have some caps or some icons.

Hey so what did you all think Monday- how everyone was ushering in to see John and Ricky wasn't there. He was only there with the family and then he was there after everyone left. I thought it was just great!

I think its gonna take the whole season. Like I believe we'll see them getting closer, and then in like one of the last episodes we'll finally get a kiss.

It might be wishful thinking, but I think it will only take half the season. There will probably be dramatic buildup but if it takes more than half of the season it'll just be painful. I think, slowly, Ben will start feeling like he's intruding and overstepping his boundaries. Plus, Ricky is naturally better with John. You could tell in the scene where Ben could barely hold him. Amy will fall for Ricky even harder when she sees how great he is with their baby.

Ronnie - I absolutely loved that Ricky had time with the family before all the friends came in. It was the appropriate amounts of scenes and I also loved that George ushered Ben/Leo in. That is the way it was supposed to be.. I just figured when Ricky wasn't there he was catching up on some much needed sleep, then he came back after everyone was gone to see his son.. He is going to be a great father..

I also loved the looks between Ramy and the smiles.. AWW. I totally see them happening now.. The finale proved it for me..

Okay, guys, I guess I am on a roll because I have yet another banner for you guys entertainment...lol.

I agree that Amy/Ricky will get together in the middle. I hope sooner than that, but that's just probably wishful-thinking on my part.

I'd like to see Ben push Ricky/Amy together since he's partly responsible for keeping them apart so far. Since I hate Ben, it would be great to see him feel like a
3rd wheel. I can picture him coming over and seeing Amy and Ricky smiling and laughing as they play with John. Then Ben would realize Amy should at least try with Ricky. Afterall, if Ben and Amy are 'meant to be' then things wouldn't work out with Ricky and she'd return to Ben. Amy and Ricky owe it to themselves (and John) to attempt a relationship.

Okay, rant over!

Well I think Ben has always felt like a third wheel. Despite being Amy's boyfriend he's really tried hard to ignore the connection she has with Ricky and now with John it the picture he's gonna feel it even more.

I agree. If Amy/Ricky doesn't at least give it a try, then they will be asking 'what if' all the time. It could work, but it could not. I just want them to at least give each other a shot and resolved the feelings that they have for one another.

I also have to agree with others that I think that Ramy will be together towards the middle-end of next season. I think that Ben/Amy will start having a ton more issues starting off pretty early. Ben's already realizing the bond between Ramy with their son and it will continue to grow, he'll get more jealous. I also think his comment about still being a virgin, and his face when he said it was a foreshadow for being an upcoming issue for them. Maybe it's just me but I don't think Amy is going to be willing to have sex anytime soon and I think he's going to start resenting the fact that she slept with Ricky but she wont sleep with him or he'll see that everyonelse is having sex and he's not so maybe he'll sleep with someone else. Who knows?
