Ugh, I hear ya. I think it's more depressing than Miracle Day but the premise behind MD scares me more.

Edited: I've never shipped Jack with anyone. But now I'd call Gwen/Rhys my OTP from that show.

Btw I'm reading the book now. I don't find it slow and the series is very true to the book (is this how you say it?). I have to make breaks though, to avoid my hands from falling off.
