Intersting episode!

I was liking it til they had Sam cheat on Maya and then to see that the girl(forgot name) was accually Gene's daughter. I felt so bad for Annie having to watch and listen to everything that was going on in the bar.

I still have hope for Annie&Sam but why do they have to bring in another woman for Sam?.

Gene's daughter, eh? Intriguing. I haven't seen the episode yet, I was dealing with a headache last night, so today or tomorrow I'll watch it.

What happened to my show?! They all look the same. Sound the same. But that is not the Sam Tyler we have come to know. No mention of being in a coma, trying to get back, seeking help, hearing conversations from his hospital room. They have lost focus. Being a fan of the UK show I just took for granted that the states would mess it up but I really liked the other 7 episodes. I thought OK, they are doing a good job. It was intelligent, endearing,and heart felt. Now it seems that some fat, unintelligent,american executive decided that we need this instead. Makes me very sad.

I would give it a bit more time.

They might have taken away the focus from that to spread it out a little more, after all the UK version had 16 episodes- the U.S. version is looking for more. The other option, and I can't say this for certainty- I still haven't gotten around to watching the episode- is that they're trying to show how Sam's fitting in with his surroundings. I am sorry you were disappointed, though.
