I agree, I love how REAL Pacey is being with Joey in that scene and fully confronting their situation (instead of running from it like Joey still was) and I also love how Pacey puts the ball in Joey's court, and she takes the moment to show and confirm how she feels, and finally kisses Pacey. Such a great damn scene and episode!

It's ridiculous how PERFECT Pacey's declarations and speeches to Joey are *hearts* I love that shot of Joey's head on Pacey's shoulder in that episode, she was completely leaning on Pacey after they got the bad news about Jen. I feel that was just another example showing who Joey really loves, trusts, and wants to be with.

More great parallels! I think Pacey did always listen to Joey, but was just keeping up his usual teasing. Also love that Joey began the show being repulsed just thinking about kissing Pacey to not being able to get enough lol.
