They mentioned in the article that he's about to be a dad and we are anxiously awaiting the birth of their son. My aunt kind of considers this to be like a grand-child for her. They announced the sex via Facebook during the Holidays, so I knew early that they were having a boy as I am FB friends with both Zahf and his wife Mandy.

I'm watching the news and I see the weather that Great Britan is getting. Is it bad where you are right now, Leslie? Of course to me it just looks like a regular winter day :lol:

But it's sad that there have actually been several deaths because of it.

We are OK. Most of the snow is falling on high ground so basically it is very difficult to get to the other side of the country as most of the main routes are, or were snowbound. We have had a bit of snow but it has mainly gone now, but the rest of the country seems to have had a lot. The trouble is, the councils have limited funds due to National Government cutting their funding year after year, so don't have the resources to deal with this sort of event. The Government loves to 'come to the rescue' but won't stump up to be ready just in case this sort of thing happens. Global warming is most likely to blame, and the signs are very worrying, as it seems to be 'a heatwave' in the Arctic that is causing this present weather event.

On a lighter note maybe I should pack my swimming cozzie next year for my trip to see the Northern Lights. :lol:

We were just talking tonight about the time that the Aurora Borealis were seen here. The kids were little at the time, but I still remember seeing them. I had gone outside and then called everyone I knew to let them know so they could go out and watch them. They are quite beautiful.

I've just seen the Avatars are due again. I think we should stick to modern pics of Josh from The Affair, Years of living Dangerously and his recent plays. Let me know what you all think. If anyone needs any making from fave shots post in our avatar thread which I will bring forward.

There are probably a couple I can think of, but will have to go looking for the pics. Maybe one from last year's photo shoot for The Affair.

I've updated the hangman but had to add it to my last entry, as it isn't 24 hours since my last post.
