I am extremely pleased with this ranking as I wasn't so sure about the slow start me had. Not that it matters too much to have a slow month, I'm just very pleased with the outcome.

There are always lots of lurkers, but I think that's great because it means they know they can come here for the latest Josh information and I really think we deliver on that. It keeps everything in a nice condensed area for easy reference.

I think we're all former Lurkers I was a lurker for about a year before becoming a member and now I'm a Mod. I can't believe that about myself, it was/is new territory for me.

I only work part-time, but I do hope to get more hours as it's hard to pay the bills making less than half of what I used to make. I do enjoy having the days off though. It's like a semi-retirement.
