Josh's character didn't grab people's attention because writers are not making it truly complex yet. If writers don't make an effort to show Cole's feelings, then audience obviously is not able to understand the character.
I also hope things will change in season 3.

I don't think he wants superstardom either. It's not that I think he's dissatisfied for himself, like I said he's probably very happy to be working with all these great people doing stuff he finds challenging and interesting. It's more that greater prominence means more opportunities for him and more recognition in the industry which is a good thing for his fans . Maybe season 3 will bring that and anyway, we don't know what things he's being offered right now! I'm looking forward to seeing what he does next.

I agree that Josh is not looking for Super Stardom.

We can't forget that he was actually nominated for a People's Choice Award for his Role as Cole, so that means he's on the people's radar and even if hasn't been nominated for an Emmy, the show has which brings attention to the Show and all of the Cast.

As far as Pacey and his being mostly recognized for that, it was a show that reached a much wider audience than anything else he's done, so it is inevitable that he gets referenced by that role. I don't mind because Pacey Witter was in fact an incredible character. however, what made Pacey incredible was the fact that it was Josh who played him. I don't think anyone could have done Pacey justice the way Josh did.

That story he's told where he actually went in to audition for the role of Dawson makes me laugh every time. It's hard to imagine. But obviously the producers of the show thought the same.

I know what you mean and after they gave him the part of Pacey they said that Josh IS Pacey and that is so true. I think that is what made him so great.

I love that pic. It's nice to see Josh getting some bro time. I can't remember what Lyman looks like, so not sure which one is him. I'm guessing it's the guy behind him.

I think it's the other guy with sunglasses hanging off his shirt, but not positive. This is him.

They look like they are inside some kind of mini-bus. The seats look comfortable.
