There was one last season when Flash got into a machine like the Vacuum, Cisco commented on it, calling it the Vacuum. The other people in the room from the other universe were like wha? And Cisco was like, okay, no Fringe on Earth-2, noted.

Because there are parallel universes in Flash, one of the characters, Cisco, definitely has a lot of material with which to make Fringe jokes. There are parallel universes, different timelines, the whole shebang. Since Beyonce is a Senator on Earth-2, maybe they have no Fringe because Joshua Jackson is prime minister on that parallel earth, lol.
