Have they ever included deleted scenes? That would be awesome.

I don't think they include Deleted Scenes which is very disappointing.

Perhaps in another Universe Cole and Abby Lockhart are related? I agree this scene should never have been cut!

We know Helen was running around feeling guilty about killing Scotty, maybe she almost talked to him.

Which still might happen in s4. There's basically one mystery left - what happens when Cole discovers Helen and Alison killed his brother?

On my flight home last night they had episodes of the Affair to watch - sadly only s3 and only the first 4. So of course I watched the one with only 1 minute of Noah - the Alison and Cole episode. All the swears were taken out and the very hot sex scenes were cut by 80%. Still a damn good episode.

Well we can't blame Alison for pushing Scotty away when he was assaulting her - but Noah and Helen shouldn't have been driving around drunk arguing and not concentrating on the road. Knowing they were both over the limit they should have been going much slower and taking note of what they were doing, then even if they had hit Scotty it may not have been so devastating.

How awesome that that you came from Josh's play and then have The Affair being played on your flight.

They have to address the truth behind Scotty's death and I hope they do it this season just in case it is the last season.

It is very Noah heavy in the first few episodes, but it is still worth seeing so you know what is happening with the rest of the characters and where they fit in the narrative. For the first time in the whole series I felt something for Noah and wanted to know what happened next.

I'm of the opposite opinion of Lesley as to S3; however, I have only watched it once and it is possible my disappointment over not much Cole could have clouded my judgement of the show overall. Having said that, I have not hid the fact that I can't stand Noah, so it is possible that it wouldn't change how I feel the second time around.

s2 is my favorite season by far, but I did love parts of Helen's story in s3 and all of Cole and Alison's. I don't know if I would rewatch the entirety of s3, but I would definitely watch parts of it.

I'm with you on that one. S2 was good and a lot more happened in S2 than either S1 or S3.

I enjoyed season 2.. it sounds like season 3 is too much Noah, but I'm looking forward to seeing cole in season 3 even if there isn't much..there is a good YouTube video of cole and alison and some of the scenes in it must be from season 3 as I haven't seen them so I'm looking forward to watching those scenes...

I'm not saying I like Noah, I just thought the story was interesting and that I wanted to know what was happening next. The storyline drew me in and I just wanted to know where it was going.
