We had a light dusting of snow here - but it's so cold that the snow froze immediately and salt does no good so the roads are really icy.

Yeah the roads are icy here too and the salt they throw done mixes with the sand they put down and really it only makes it worse than it already is

Never thought I'd see the day where I'd wish for 30 degree weather

One of the great things about my job is that my boss is very flexible about me working from home. I fell down in late 2016, broke a finger and couldn't type for almost 6 weeks, so she prefers I do whatever necessary to prevent that happening again. I didn't fall because of ice - but still.
