Sorry for taking so long to reply back here. Finally got my notes from Jasika's panels for Fedcon written up - posted here on LJ and here on DW. I didn't ask any questions in the end as I wouldn't have been able to take notes if so but I think at least one of the possible questions got answered anyhow.
