We went to a Jananese restauraunt near where we live and you sit at the counter while they cook the food in front of you and have people singing to you etc. It was just great. Then we ended up going around a couple of bars drinnking. Just a really good night all around.

I'm a total salmon girl
 there's some really good mahi mahi dishes out there too though. Omigosh, Costco has the most amazing lemon butter salmon with spinach and they prep it for you and everything, all you have to do is stick it in the oven __________________

I wish there was a Costco in Ireland
 I love Salmon as well, I could eat it everyday. Actually there's a Salmon Pie dish in my cookbook. I might try it.. __________________
