Now I could be totally wrong and this is only speculations but did you see the interview of Gillian and Blair , it looked like they are either very good friends or they are dating , they had way too much chemistry together .

Thats who i think it is too.
1.) Because first she tweets a pic of them on the beach together while they were not filming that day.
2.) Then they did the interview with eachother and you could completely tell they were very flirtatious and sarcastic
3.) Then through a very short grapevine i hear shes dating one of them on the show.. and as we know Liam, Navid, and i think Teddy are all taken in real life.
So basically that leaves Dixon and Oscar.. or Blair. Blair is 26 she is 25 (apparently) .. it makes sense.
