The second half of the season doesn't seem geared toward a John Ross and Elena storyline like I thought so that's a plus. By the look of the episode synopsis it will be a lot more action packed then the first half.

AL should appear for at least two more episodes..

Yeah, same here. I'm still a little worried but the second half of the season has gotta be better considering the first half had Pamela completely oblivious to John Ross' affair and exhibiting behavior straight out of pleasantville but she knows the truth now so hopefully that means the worst is over.

I'm looking forward to seeing her get back to her darker, edgier roots. A line of Stefan's from TVD comes to mind "you have no idea what I look like when I'm not in love with you" and I'd kinda love to see that for Pamela with her treatment torwards John Ross..Give 'em hell

From the information I've gathered it's most John Ross trying to get her back and her having none of it. I think the truth about Cliff not killing JR comes out as well so it looks like it could be challenging times for them.#

I'd still rather see them fight it out and hate each other over her take him back and he continues to cheat or just falls for Elena again.

Really? I heard that Josh said in an interview that John Ross and Pamela are kinda at war in the second half of the season. I do want to see him try to win Pamela back but I don't want her to just take him back. I think he needs to suffer and if he's just gonna cheat again I'd rather them stay apart.

I think she's at war and wants revenge but as far as I know he's kind of in between. I'm hoping they go back to being the kind of power couple that they were in season two where they didn't fully trust each other but kind of did if you get me.

I totally get what you mean and I agree. I think that's when they were at their best

What made them so compelling for me was that they were both these super dark, edgy characters that when put together somehow balanced each other out but then when they made John Ross a cheating fool and Pamela an oblivious Mary Sue, the couple wasn't the same because they weren't the same so I'd like to see them get back to who they were as individuals and who they were together as a couple.

That's exactly how I feel.

I'm more interested about the latter half of the season as a Pamela fan. I'm really hoping we get to see the character that we all came to love in season two. She was guarded and I think that's why John Ross fell for her.
