Hi James! I like a topic of the day suggestion.

Ooh, parenthood. That's a loaded question...I feel like Liam would be a loving disciplinarian. He would understand based on his own experience that a child needs a father who is going to be there for them but also keep them in line. So much of why he was acting out in S1 was because of his lack of a respectable father figure. But, I also feel he'd stop at nothing to protect his children and he'd LOVE them very much. Not spoiled love but just I'd lay down in front of a bus for you love.

Annie would instinctively want to shelter her kids, but I think she would fight the impulse. She wouldn't want them to repeat her own mistakes but she wouldn't be so overbearing as to not let them figure out the world a bit on their own. I also think she'd be very easy to talk to, much like her mother, from a daughter's perspective. I think she would give off that I will never judge you aura and be an active listener to her kids' problems.

Truthfully, now that I think about it they would probably be both sides of a coin as parents. Stable yet not blindly following the whole, this is how parenting should be routine.

People still surf in December right? 'Cause I decided Dixon and Liam will be heading down to Pacific Beach for a few days over break. I know nothing about surfing but I did some research.

Tell me how The Tooth Fairy is, Mike refuses to go see movies where action stars do kiddy stuff but I adore The Rock. I remember his wrestling days.

ETA: People still surf in December. Nice choice of locale! PB is awesome. And it's not quite as hoity toity as Bev Hills. San Diego area rules.

It's not the best movie in the world, but I think it's cute. Seeing the rock in a tutu is freakin hilarious though.

Yup and I read that Pacific Beach is for the younger crowd and its a party beach, which I've been debating on whether I want to do a bonding Liam/Dixon scene where Dixon drags him to a party and Liam just broods the entire time.

Really? I love going just to get out of the heat. Usually we go to first showings and get in for $5 apiece.

What sites do you use to watch movies? My go-to one got shut down. I need to find one for the nephews since they never go to the movies and they always ask about watching stuff.

ETA: "Liam just broods the whole time." So him. You could have him drink a bit and get more open-minded and out of his head. Then Dixon would have to drive his car home. HA. Reverse of that scene in S1. OMG that reminds me, on Sunday is that the ep you guys watched? Did I miss the bachelor party and the eyebrow thing?

That would kill Liam. I'm totally going to do that scene. He ends up deflecting girls who are throwing themselves at him and then texts Annie about how Dixon dragged him to a party.
