You may know her from her starring role as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray, she sang and dazzled us as the unassuming teenager with a passion for dance, music, and big hair. Nikki will soon will be seen on the small screen as Will on ABC’s new series Huge about a young girls life at a weight-loss camp.

This triple threat talent has transformed in front of my lens with my homage to classic beauty Elizabeth Taylor. This look is all about alluring eyes, and a well-groomed dramatic brow; the lip is left pale and neutral. I created this look with Jouer’s Little Black Dress Collection.

I first prepped Nikki’s skin with a primer and highlighter, evened out her skin with a cream foundation for flawless complexion, and set with a finishing mineral powder. I dusted a bronzing powder into her cheekbones and jaw line for a soft contour. I defined her browns with a dark espresso brown pencil and powder shadow. Then lined Nikki’s eyes with black liner, smoking them out with a combo of black eye shadow and a shimmery dark slate gray. I applied a white pearl cream highlighter to the inner corners of the eyes (near the tear duct) for instant charisma. I lined Nikki’s lips with a nude lip liner and applied a pale beige lip color; I blotted with a tissue and applied a shimmery gloss just to the center of her lips to give the appearance of a full sexy pout.

When achieving this dramatic eye look do not forget the lashes. Apply a natural looking full strip close to already curled and coated lashes. Apply the lash close to the base of the lashes with a touch of glue on the band of the strip. Top off with a few more coats of black mascara to the upper and lower lashes.

Nikki wowed on the red carpet with this look, and so will you with this movie star glamorous smokey eye. Be sure to watch Nikki in the series Huge on ABC later this summer.
