Do you know the best place that compiles photos of David? A gallery site. I realize that I when I make icons, many times I use the same photos and that's because I use google it just shows me the same ones.

I don't think there are any gallery sites anymore.

At the official site they usually post links to concert pictures in the threads of each concert.

Oh okay. Maybe if I dig a little deeper, I can find some good ones. There used to be a great Heath Ledger gallery but that's gone too. I should have saved all the photos when I could.

I know there are some great concert photos from fans (flickr, smugmug, etc) but I feel uncomfortable using those for art and icons because they usually come with the photographers name in the photo and I don''t want to crop those out unless I get permission. I don't know what the etiquette is but that how I feel about that. Photoshoots I'm happy to use but I can't find too many. Will search!

I feel the same about saving them.

I have used some of them.

As long as you don't claim the original photos as your own/give credit. People shouldn't post photos online if they don't want people to save them (or at least use those options for example on flickr that prevents saving them, then I don't try to circumvent it).

We'll need a title for the next thread soon.

I like Lara Lee's photos. There are no watermarks on it and there is a link to share and download. Maybe I can use those for arts and give credit, of course.
