It comes from a video of Mike singing "Hello..." to Dave and his picture then saying "Are you awake Dave?" and we all said that he was basically saying that he asks Dave if he's awake at night meaning they're in the same bed...

But yeah, someone gave him that on emanip of them togther and told him to put it in his bunk....and he started singing Hello to it...and then said "Are you awake, Dave?" In a very sexy aussie voice!

He was surprised but pleased that “everyone has been spazzing out about it. The fans love it. We were told to reel it in. But the fans wanted it back. They were up in arms!” So the concert organizers reversed the decision and let them go back to business. In Baltimore a couple days ago, Johns and Cook did the Rocky Balboa fists in the air dance in celebration.
