Watching BD last night and loved the scene with Emmett and Jasper of course coming to get Edward so the "bachelor party" could start...

As I watched BD again I have to say that Emmett along with the rest of the Cullens did sacrifice feeding in order to help Edward and Bella. Poor guy...when they realized that the baby inside Bella was thirsty Emmett says..."I know the feeling..." It had to be hard for them all to deny their thirst but they did because Edward and Bella are far more important.

Oh and the scene when Jacob blames Edward for Bella' s condition and was going to go after him and as the title of this thread states....Emmett stopped Jacob in his tracks! Hell Yeah!!!!

That's why when Carlisle gets the blood ALice takes Jas away and Rose send Emmett away

I've said this before but I think Emmett is standing there for a reason. To stop Jacob and protect his brother
