I agree, this is some terrible writing. Noah being inserted into Teriah storyline makes zero sense... just terrible.

Yeah it's like a very forced way to cause conflict, I see no reason why Mariah would be jealous, Noah still being into Tessa is absurd, and they made it clear long ago that Tessa was clearly gay and not into Noah. I think they brought Noah back with very little planning and outside of Teriah and his parents he has very few people to interact with. Y&R's handling of it's younger generation years back is really hindering them now. They failed to build a new generation so when they bring them back they seem so isolated, like Faith and Moses and now Noah. It's a shame.
