I think Esme won. After she and Spencer seemed to perish, Nikolas came back with Ace. Laura took Ace and had Nikolas arrested. He confessed to kidnapping Esme, plead guilty, and was sentenced to prison. Victory to Esme. Ace is being raised as a Collins instead of by Cassadines. Victory to Esme. Nikolas and Ava remain divorced and Ava has sold off Wyndemere, depriving Nikolas and Spencer of their castle. Esme broke up Nik and Ava, so victory to Esme. Trina was devastated and dropped out of school after Esme robbed her of her Cassadine prince, so once again victory to Esme.

Well, Trina should not have dropped out of school. That was an impulsive decision I think.

Nikolas is being transferred to another prison that is out of state. Ava refuses his calls from Pentonville. Nikolas is being moved further away from the canvas. The show clearly doesn't want Nikolas on anymore.
