Well, I'd never seen the show before.

I only tuned in because Britney was in it.

I was, Sam.

I felt really sad when Friends ended.

It was the end of an era. For one thing, these characters that were like a part of the family were now gone. I remember feeling the same way when Cheers ended in 1993 when I was only 23, and I was 13 when M*A*S*H ended and that also felt sad. Damn, things pass so quickly.

But another reason is that it was almost like the world just chose to forget about Generation X the minute Friends ended. Once the 90s were over so were we, apparently.
