This guy could be a circus clown for all I care. The last time I've been through this **** was my senior year in high school. This clown (may I please say his actual name?) is a bit more worse than this one other clown I used to have a like/hate thing for long time ago. The differences between the ex-circus clown and this clown is that the other one didn't lead me on or wasn't much of a coward about it.

I almost quit again last night, it's so gonna happen soon, I can see it. Things just keep getting so much worse.

I'm sorry, Mary. I think that the current clown may be keeping his options open, which is why he's leading you on. He likes having you around for companionship because it comforts him and gives him a sense of his own self worth, but at the same time he's not willing to give you the same thing because he doesn't know if he wants to commit to you. He may have his eyes wandering around, in which case he's just going to keep making you feel this way. If you're unhappy with the situation as it is, you'd be better off ending it with him completely.

Thanks a lot, Crys. Nice to know the majority of us are like that. I'm guessing you're not lumping me into that category.

I feel your pain, Crystal. I'm preparing for my eventual departure from my job as well. It's sick how jobs these days make you feel like a slave.

Although, trying to get with anyone you work with, always comes with extra baggage, probably why the relationship I'm in now has lasted, we never worked together. Cause I've gone out with several coworkers, all ended pretty much badly.
