I can't get past the first half of season two of AHS for some reason.

I loved season one but I just can't finish season two.

I understand.

Season 2 was a lot to swallow. Seasons 1 and 3 are my favorite.

I love the Harmon family and the Murder House ghosts, as well as the Coven of witches in season 3. Neil's character was from season 4, Freak Show, and that was tough to get through as well.

Me too. No disrespect to Neil, but Freak Show was just really disturbing, and story-wise it just didn't do it for me. It made me really miss Murder House and Coven. I was so put off I missed out on Hotel, and now I wish I hadn't.

It really was, despite me liking seeing Neil on the show. I didn't really enjoy Hotel that much more either

You didn't? I was gonna see Hotel because of how it ties in to Coven, Murder House, and Apocalypse. I wish Neil had come back for more seasons.
