IDK, I didn't want Freddie dead, but it actually does make some sense. It's obvious Freffy could never end well. And Effy does unintentionally destroy men, so it in a weird way, fitted.
Chris dying, in a way did too. He was a lost soul and it always felt like he never had a future. __________________
