I don't know how effective it is with migraines, but when I was getting constant stress headaches, I found hot showers the best (short-term) relief

Maybe they are stress headaches but I generally tend to get stress migraines, and I did also have one of those a couple of days ago. I think I might have a vitimin defeciency or something. As I looked it up and that can cause things. Or I could have what my mum has, Fibramyalgia, a sore muscle disorder. I will have to get it checked out. Been ignoring it for months now, and Robin is nagging me about it
