Was it the character who was actually named Peter? He wore tank tops a lot of the time in his last few seasons because the crew was trying to still pass him off as a teen when he was in his 20s.

It actually doesn't make any sense because he was introduced as a love interest of the central girl at the time and even though his age wasn't really specified, he was kicked off the show years after the original cast.

Nope, I asked a girl who ships them and it was Zig! I googled him and now I don't think that he looks like Joe at all, but on the gifset where I first saw him he looked a lot like him.

It must just be his new haircut. That's ironic too, since the actor is only 18 and you think Joe looks 30

the comparison would have to stop at surface level though, because that actor is beyond terrible. He can't even do happy emotions To save his life, let alone dramatic emotions. All of the 15-year-old girls who are actually supposed to be watching the show just like him because he's hot

There was one scene where he was supposed to be like arguing with the girl he's had a crush on forever and he leans in really close so it looks like he's going to kiss her but then of course he just walks away because the entire show is a cliché parade. Everyone was like "oh my God, so much sexual tension!" But I was cringing the whole time because it just felt so forced and he looked constipated.

No it was mostly his face, he has bright blue eyes Joe has and his lip shape is a bit similar to Joe's, oh and his puffy cheeks also reminded me of Joe.

But overall he doesn't look much like him, I admit
