People keep saying Freffie were unhealthy, but I only partly agree, because of that journal that was full of "I love her" entries. Other than that I think they were ok.

Well obviously she couldn't help her own mental illness. I guess I don't view the relationship itself as unhealthy, but fan reaction and what people choose to romanticize about it is definitely sketchy...

Yeah I guess people loved that Freddie took care of her, and as mental illness is generally romanticized, I can understand why everyone wanted a relationship like that.
