I just did a GG marathon with my best friend so we can get pumped up for the new season and she's turned into a total B/C shipper. The moment we finished S1 she ran to her computer to see the new promos :)

Haha, I know! It is. I'm going to have to read it to really know, lol. But at this point, I'm like, "How can you saw that Twilight is healthier for teenage girls than Gossip Girl? What kind of message does THAT send?"

i really need to go through the favorites.. i have a tendency NOT to favorite a story until its finished or gone through a few updates... b/c i'll get really into a story and then the author will decide to do something totally out of character... like make Chuck cry or have him try to commit suicide... and then i'm like, well that wasn't what i wanted to read. lol.

and i need to remove the fics that were my accidental favorites Isabelle... but i will tell you, i don't favorite any authors unless i love all the stories they write... so for instance... ElleGossip has written 4 stories and they are all Gossip Girl. I love all her stuff, so instead of favoriting each story individually, i favorited HER... but then there's Beth who has written 3 GG stories (I think?) but also has a bunch of That 70's Show fics, which I don't read b/c i thought the show was cute but never really got into it like that. So for her, I'd favorite the stories, not the Author... if that makes sense?

its just my way of trying to keep more organized... now, if Beth ended up writing 10+ GG stories, then yeah, i'd put her in my favorite authors and take all the stories off of the favorite stories, but... do u follow? i just try to keep things as together as possible.

i SOOO need to do another marathon... maybe after the DVD comes out... i'm so bummed that there isn't any commentaries though! :bawl: how sad is that?

I just deleted two stories off my favourites
one because it was discontinued and another because it hadn't been updated for yonks and I think the only reason I favourited it in the first place was because at the time I was going through a Gossip Girl drought
so anything was considered gold

Wow, Sharon. You really organize these things, lol. And I agree, I would never buy Chuck crying or trying to kill himself in a fanfic. Or Blair doing it, for that matter. Because as insecure as she is, she would never do that to her reputation or her father or Serena.

I could maybe believe Chuck crying at his mother's funeral. Or, actually, very decidedly NOT crying, but clearly doing so on the inside. Does this make sense?
