Yeah, actually the more and more I think about it, the DR is gonna call him in and tell him he can't do it.

Reason being, people could just do it every week from now on to try and save themselves and do it in future seasons.

I think before he does it, BB's gonna tell him it will result in a penalty vote, not a penalty nom.

Either way, hell of an idea, can't fault him for trying if he does it.

I remember when Jen started eating they called her to the DR and told her that she was getting a penalty nom. When she came out, she told everyone that they should keep her because she's going on the block again next week.

Everyone got pissed off at her because she said it right in front of Jameka who was on the block with her. The next morning all the houseguests had a meeting with one of the producers and they decided to give Jen a penalty vote instead.

It would really show how BB plays favorites if they don't give Josh the same punishment.

I really, REALLY hope Josh doesn't do that. and yes, it would be unfair for BB not to give him the same punishment, but it wouldn't be fair for them to TELL him he'll get a nom, knowing this happened last year, and then change it to a vote.

Why? If they've told him he'll get a penalty nom, it'll keep him in the game, unless of course Sharon eats too, then its even.

It looks like they'll let him do it, they haven't stepped in to stop him yet.

Crazy brilliant strategy if it works.

This episode is really funny!! Crazy obsessive stalkish Natalie, the boys in the pool making a whirlpool and they started playing the music for them.

James has gone from the crazy edit to the sad and pathetic edit.

no, it's fine if they let him get a penalty nom and it works out. but if they TELL him he'll get a nom, and then change it to vote [which will in turn DEFINITELY evict him] then I will be extremely pissed off. that's what I don't want to happen. I looove the idea of the nom and him staying if it works.
